- Unable to find a salesperson 33%
- Ignored by sales staff 25%
- Had trouble finding a parking spot close to store’s entrance 33%
- Product wanted was out of stock 22%
- Percentage of dissatisfied customers that told others of 33% their bad experience

AND PROBLEMS BROKEN DOWN BY GENDER:
- Experienced Problems While Shopping
   - Men 48%
   - Women 53%
- Most Common Problem Reported When Shopping:
   - Finding a Parking Spot - Men 29%
   - Lack of Sales Help - Wmen 29% %
- Percentage of Total Customers Lost Because of Most Common Shopping Problem (above)
  - Men 5%
  - Women 6%
- Percentage of Customers That Said They Would Not Return to a Store Where They Encountered Rude or Inattentive Sales People
